This year, winning entries were chosen based on three enrollment categories: less than 5,000 students; 5,000 to 20,000; and 20,000 and above.

Two Phoenix Schools, Esperanza Elementary and Constitution Elementary recently acquired recognition and rewards for that work in their PTSA and PTA, respectively.
